What payment methods do you accept?
One-time payments (like website development) are made via bank transfer. For recurring services, we use SEPA direct debit (available only for clients within Europe).
Is there any commitment or contract period?
We don’t work with mandatory long-term contracts. However, some services require a minimum engagement period (typically 3 or 6 months), as they involve significant initial implementation and need time to deliver real results.
Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust and performance. We only take on projects where we see real potential and strong commitment from the client — otherwise, it’s not a good investment of time for either side.
Can we have a video call?
Yes. All communication is handled online, and we schedule video calls whenever needed to understand your project or clarify questions.
Can any company work with you?
Not exactly. Before accepting a project, we evaluate whether we can truly help. We only work with committed businesses that have clear growth potential.
Are there industries you don’t work with?
Yes. We do not offer services to businesses in sectors like cryptocurrencies, gambling, adult content, growshops, or CBD.
Why don’t you work with startups or very new businesses?
Because most of them lack the necessary budget, structure, or commitment for digital marketing to work effectively. We need real collaboration from the client to achieve results.
Do you have physical offices?
We work 100% remotely. This allows us to provide faster service, more competitive prices, and maintain high quality without unnecessary overhead.
What happens if we’re not a good fit?
If we believe we won’t be able to help you achieve your goals, we’ll be upfront and won’t take on the project. We don’t sell services that won’t be effective for your business.
