ZynoDigital OÜ does not authorize individuals under the age of 14 to provide their personal data through the means provided on this website (completion of web forms to request services, contact, or by sending emails). Therefore, individuals who submit personal data using these means formally declare that they are over 14 years of age, and ZynoDigital OÜ is exempt from any liability for non-compliance with this requirement.

File a complaint with the AEPD: If you believe there is a problem with the way ZynoDigital OÜ is handling your data, you may file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, in Spain: Spanish Data Protection Agency.
We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to anyone who has no right to receive it.
We will handle all requests within the legal deadline of one month. However, it may take longer if your request is particularly complex. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
