Service Cancellation

No long-term contracts, although you must give at least 2 months’ notice to cancel any service. Otherwise, an additional fee may apply.

In the case of hosting and domains, although we issue monthly invoices for your convenience, these services are contracted in 1-year cycles. If you decide to cancel before the year ends, you must pay the remaining amount to complete the full cycle from the start date. If the first year has already passed, billing will be for the entire cycle from January to December.

Payments

All payments are processed via SEPA direct debit on the last day of each month. A €15 surcharge will be applied to any returned payments.

Payment Delays

We reserve the right to suspend all services (ads, email, hosting, etc.) in case of non-payment exceeding 15 days. For cancelled services, a 10% fee (of the total invoice) will be applied for each month of delay on any unpaid invoices exceeding 30 days from the due date.

Email Account Configuration

Initial email setup is completely free. However, configuring email accounts on new devices will incur a €15 fee per device.

Quotes

Quotes and offers are valid for 1 month unless otherwise specified. After this period, a new quote will be issued, which may result in price variations.

Backup Restoration

Backup service is included free of charge. However, if data restoration is required due to external causes, there will be a €97 fee plus intervention time.

Data Migrations

Migrations (website, emails, files, etc.) from other providers to us are free of charge, unless the service is cancelled before the first year, in which case a €97 fee will apply.

SPAM

Sending mass emails is not allowed. If such activity is detected from our servers, temporary suspension of all services will be applied.
